The Goldeyes Team Store will accept an item for return within 30 days of purchase providing it is in new (re-sellable) condition, original tags are still attached and the original receipt is available.

If the original receipt is unavailable or if the tags are not present, an exchange or store credit will be offered to the customer, at the managers discretion. In the case of a store credit the customer will receive Goldeyes Fish Fins which will be rounded down to the nearest $5 of the purchase price.

Please contact our store manager at merch@goldeyes.com before shipping back an online order. To return an item that was purchased online please package up the item with the original receipt, as well as instructions if we are to refund your item or exchange for a different size.

Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Management reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet the above mentioned conditions or if the item has been soiled or damaged in anyway.
